Enrollment Information

ENROLLMENT
We are so excited that you're interested in enrolling at our school!
Below you will find several points that should help you navigate this process easier.
 
  • We have open enrollment and you can register anytime, but keep in mind that you don't want to miss valuable class instruction.
  • Minimal age to enroll at JCAE is 16 years old.
  • All students 16/17 yrs of age and are leaving a K-12 or virtual school, must provide an Official Withdrawal from his/her school before they can be determined eligible to enroll at JCAE.
  • All students must present a valid picture ID upon registration.
  • A $30.00 non-refundable fee is due at the time of registration, cash or check only.  
 
CLASS SCHEDULES
 
Day Classes:            Monday - Friday
                                 8:00 a.m.  - 1:45 p.m.
*All students 16/17 yrs. old are eligible for full time, day classes ONLY
 
Night Classes:       Monday, Tuesday and Thursday (18 and above)
                              4:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
 
Online Classes:     Now available! Please call for more information!
 
Students that are age 18 and above are eligible for flexible scheduling with day or night classes. A flexible schedule may be needed due to work or other issue. Let us see how we can help you!
                             
 
All students are required to attend a scheduled orientation with a staff member. If the student is a minor (16/17 year old) they are required to be accompanied by a parent/guardian. The student will also be scheduled for the ).This test will determine reading, math and language performance levels.
